I enjoyed the casino which was amazing and had every game you would ever want to play. The bed was very comfortable and the room a good size. However the hotel itself was very comfortable, I stayed in a corner suite on the 15th floor. So here I have a 120.00 bill and I am a senior citizen so it is very difficult for me to accept that no one is to blame. FedEx stated it is the hotel employee who marks the delivery service not them. I contacted the manager of lost and found and he told me there is nothing he could do about it and that I should contact FedEx as it is their problem and mine for leaving them behind. My earphones did arrive and my Fedex bill was 120.00. I did the next day and they said they would send them. However they stated they do not mail anything and would have to give them a Fedex or UPS account so they could send them.
They were turned in and I contacted lost and found at the hotel to send them by mail.
